Hope you had a great relaxing trip to Beijing post LDP, which I am sure a must with all the back to back trainings you have been involved with.
We too are back to the base and just wanted to drop a quick note to tell you that the session in Shanghai was extremely valuable and fruitful. Was great to attend your session after nearly 8 years and I must say you are still one of the best in the business I know J.
We all get pulled into our day to day running and achieving the financial objectives that miss out on some of those key points discussed during the training. After working with DISC for few years back in Global days and now using it at MCI for recruitment, cannot agree more on how fruitful this will be to use it in this fashion with our immediate reports and their teams and bring in a whole fresh approach to leadership now just within us but our offices. As you mentioned and we all live everyday, talent recruitment and management is a huge task in itself and some of the learning’s from the session will go a long way with each one of us hereon and hopefully will improve our day to day communication and management of teams.
Avo, thanks for bringing this to all of us through MCI Institute and really look forward for the next session. Right now the focus remains on implementation of the learning’s and most importantly the business project, which has already started to keep us on our toes.
